Our Mission Statement:
Omega Industrial Contractors is dedicated to providing a quality service to our customers by
creating a successful partnership in all aspects of the construction business.
We strive to implement a perfect solution for our customers based on safety,
quality, reliability, budgets, and timeliness. To this end, we treat all employees and subcontractors
fairly and insure quick responses, cost effective work ethics, and prompt execution of all projects. This attention
to detail and customer service is what sets Omega apart from other companies.
Company History:
Omega Industrial Contractors started in 2002 as a small Industrial-Oriented General Contracting
Company, and has now grown to exceed $12 million in annual revenue with over 100 Employees.
For the past 17 years, we've been working with large manufacturing and office facilities
in the Puget Sound area and have completed several large TI projects,
such as new cafeterias, complete factory facilities re-lighting, office center build-outs,
athletic centers, and many more similar projects.
Omega's Management Team:
- Tom Warren: Tom has more than 25 years experience in design, manufacturing, and construction of residential and commercial buildings.
He is a registered PE civil engineer in the state of Washington and has served as President of Omega Industrial Contractors for 5 years.

- Mike Cotter: Mike has more than 35 years experience in general contracting,
electrical, structural ironwork, rigging and construction management. Mr. Cotter, who currently serves as Vice President, has run various companies for over 20 years before starting Omega
Industrial Contractors in 2002. His vast knowledge of the industry makes him a great asset to the company to take Omega Industrial Contractors to the next level.

- Tom Ness: Tom has been the Construction Manager for Omega Industrial
Contractors since company inception in 2002, and has been involved in construction since 1968. He oversees all projects from estimates through completion.
Tom is a hands-on construction and development professional with experience in all facets of the construction and contracting industry. Before working for Omega,
Tom was a Construction Manager at Morrison-Knudsen Corporation, a Carpenter Foreman for PCL Construction Services, Inc., and a General Foreman for General Construction Corp.
At Morrison-Knudsen, he managed projects in the $50 million per year range. He also operated his own contracting business, giving him an excellent understanding of all parts of business operation.
Tom is experienced in contract negotiation, project management, project estimating, quality assurance, document preparation, and material purchasing. Tom’s successful long career is
due to his ability to develop partnerships, coordinate the various construction trades, and build positive relationships with architects, engineers, local officials, and clients while maintaining schedules and costs.

- Randy Pole: Randy is currently in his 30th year of excavating and underground utility work. Randy is a member of the Operating Engineers Local
612 and has worked in the Puget Sound area his entire career for a handful of companies, including RCI (now Parsons), Olson Brothers Excavating, Slead LLC, and Tacoma City Light. Randy previously owned and operated
Choctaw Construction Company from 1991 to 1996 and has worked on countless residential, commercial, and municipal projects throughout the area. Randy has held the positions of Support Operator, Mainline Digger,
Foreman, Superintendent, and Owner. Randy is currently serving as Overseer of Omega's excavating division. rpole@omegaic.com

in their respective fields. Each of the field supervisors have more than 20 years experience as well.
